This is a bug due to parallax stripes in boxed layout which requires padding values.
1. Replace the WPLMS/JS/custom.js file with this : http://vibethemes.com/envato/wplms/skins/oneinstructor/wp-content/themes/wplms/js/custom.js
2. Edit the parallax stripes and adjust top and bottom padding in page builder.
Go to WP Admin->All pages->Home->Edit the parallax block and add padding as shown.
